We aim to keep groups onto our larger vessels like MV Swift, traditional 'steamers' and modern launches. If your group has specific requirements, we can advise which boat and departure would be best for you.

Travelling by coach

Visiting us is easy by coach, and we've been welcoming coaches to our coach parks for over 70 years.

All coach drivers with cruise passengers are welcome to use our award-winning* Bowness coach park free of charge and will receive a warm welcome from our dedicated coach park staff. The coach park is a few yards from our pier at postcode LA23 3HJ and hosts ticket offices, café and gift shop.

⚠ To make sure we have space for you, we ask that all coaches are pre-booked:

• All cruise tickets must be pre-booked in advance and your coach parking can be done at the same time. Call us on 015394 43360 to book.

If you’re dropping off customers at Lakeside, Ambleside (Waterhead) and planning to pick them up from Bowness then make sure you pre-book your space at Bowness Coach park by calling 015394 43360.
